With your website working as your catalogue, your information depot and your salesman, you need to make sure that it’s sticky enough for your insurance sales leads. By sticky, we mean that you’re able to keep your prospects and your customers engaged in your website. The longer your leads stick around, the more chances you have of actually getting them to sign an app with you. You are able to let them read about your products and get the information about how to find the right kind of coverage.

Although a basic website is fine, you can give more reasons for your insurance leads to stay longer on your site when you add a few things to it. You’ll do very well by providing educational videos, live online chat, a blog and a section that details insurance rates. As you know, your main duty as an insurance agent is to educate your prospects and your clients. You can do this efficiently through your website with educational videos. Live online chat is a feature that many of your high quality leads will pounce on. Here, they’ll be interacting with you at the peak of their interest on insurance. It’s possible that right after chatting with a lead, they’ll be ready to sign an app on the policies that you offer.

If you start a blog in your website, this will also be a way for you to keep your visitors informed about insurance. It’s going to work like your newsletter. On top of this, your customers and insurance leads can look into your softer side (which makes you more human). They’ll get to know you through your blogs and not think of you as someone who’s only in business to suck every penny on their pockets. When you interact with them by asking them to comment at the end of your blog, you’ll soon get repeat visitors to your website that you can convert to customers.

Your website has to be a place that your leads and your clients would like to browse around. Give your conversion rates a big boost by starting a website that interacts with its visitors. But if you want to speak with eager health insurance leads right away, sign up now!

If you’re going to succeed in your email insurance marketing, it’s a must to pay attention to your email signature. As small as you think it might be, it’s not an insignificant part of the email. Essentially, it might even be the most powerful part of your email. As you can see, most of your recipients will just be skimming and scanning through your email when they open it. When they get to your email signature, this is your chance to reiterate what you’ve been trying to say in the message.

If you have a “call to action” where you tell your insurance leads to visit your website to take a look at their insurance options, use your email signature to drive them to your site. Your email signature must contain the link to your website which your prospects can just click on to see what you have for them. There are two ways that your recipients can take action with your email. They can hit the reply button or they can click on your website link to shop around and even learn more about your agency.

You can also make use of your email signature as a way to make an offer. You can go ahead and end your message with the regular types of complementary closing. Don’t forget, however, to leave your health insurance leads with an offer. Below your name, you can make use of the lines like “are you ready to compare the best plans? Get an instant online quote here”. Clicking on that offer, they’ll be taken directly to your website where they can fill out the quote form to learn about the policies that suit their needs.

As information packed as your email is, there’s a tendency for your prospects to just scan through the message or skim through it. When they already understood what you’re trying to convey, it doesn’t hurt to reinforce it with your email signature.

Still can’t pull enough insurance leads? Sign up now and busy up your day calling insurance shoppers who have every intention to hear about their insurance options.

If your goal is to make insurance sales from home, then there are couple of things you have to do in order to make it much easier for you. These three tips are designed to help any insurance agent who wants to increase their productivity and make working from home a profitable and enjoyable experience.

1.	Get your family to understand

Your visibility at home can be a good thing and a bad thing. The problem with being visible is that your family is automatically going to assume that you can do everything you normally would because you’re at home. The challenge is to get them to understand that you’re home and you’re working at the same time. Make sure you talk to them about work time and home time.

2.	Try to take away possible distractions

Remember that you have much more temptation to deal with when you’re at home. You have the television, a video game or even that favourite radio program you just have to listen to intently. All these things add to the distractions that prevent you from completing the task at hand. Most insurance agents who work from home have this problem and they help relieve it a little bit by setting aside a pseudo office space with a door they can close. This way they stop the outside distractions from getting to them.

3.	Create a workflow and goal for yourself

The problem with being your own boss can be just that, being your own boss. It means you create your workflow and you create your goal. Sure it means there won’t be anyone to look over your shoulder but that also means you will have to take that place. Creating a goal helps you understand how much work you have to do and put it into perspective.

At the end of the day, you want to be able to achieve work-life balance just like everyone else. Woking at home gives you the capability to get to where you want to be as far as owning your own business but still allows you to spend much needed family time with your loved ones. To make the transition easier, sign up with us now for high quality insurance leads!

If you’re having a hard time closing your insurance leads, there are basically three reasons why this happens. First off, it can be because you don’t have a system of leads management. Another reason would be that you have an ill-constructed sales pipeline. Even if you have all the tools, you might simply be making the mistake of not using them properly. Committing any of these three blunders will surely affect your sales conversion ratio.

To set it right, start setting up categories on the status of your insurance leads. The moment you receive info about a lead in your inbox, you shouldn’t be so quick to categorize them as hot leads. Clearly, there’s a difference in hot leads and new leads. Essentially, new leads would be those that you didn’t get to make contact with yet. It’s also not difficult to get confused between dead leads and dormant leads. The main difference would be that dead leads are those that specifically asked to be taken out of your mailing list while dormant leads are the ones that have no activity for long time yet they’ve not given you any hint that they don’t want to hear from you ever again.

Once you’re done setting up the right categories for your leads, you have to be vigilant in updating your leads’ statuses. Remember that it may take away few minutes of your time to update the status of your insurance sales leads but when you manage to classify them accordingly, you can allot the right amount of time you should use on them.

Keep the relationship and the communication alive by following up through your autoresponder emails. You can get your cold leads into the hot zone if you continuously market to them through the use of your autoresponder. Without spending too much on your cold leads, you can spend more time on your hot leads.

Although improper categorizing of your leads may seem petty, it can leave a big dent in your insurance selling career. You have to revamp your pipeline today so that you can steer clear of these mistakes and transform your leads into successful sales.

Are you getting enough closure from your leads? If you’re not reaching your sales quota, sign up now and dramatically increase your sales conversion rates using our excellent quality leads.

In general sales, agents regardless of what they are selling need to understand the concept of credibility. This is even more so for insurance agents who contact insurance leads day in and day out and sell products that are likely to carve big chunks of someone’s’ money. As a buyer and an insurance plan holder, I understand credibility and the reason why I look for someone I can trust when I decide to buy an insurance plan. As an insurance agent however, the lines became a little blurry when I made calls.

Building your credibility isn’t an easy thing to do – especially when all your insurance sales leads have to go on is how to speak and the words that you use. That is why practice and true sincerity are important aspects of being credible. Let’s start off with your tone. Anyone who leads a team of insurance agents will tell you that the most important part of your conversation is the first 10 seconds. This is the time when someone decides whether or not you are worth talking to. Therefore, if you sound like an automated machine, you won’t build any credibility.

Secondly is sticking to one message. Don’t change your mind every couple of seconds when the time comes for you to state an opinion. You can deviate from this by not bringing opinions into the conversation in the first place or at least understanding what side you are sticking to when it comes to a comment you are making.

Third is to sound sincere. This is related to tone but is different in that sincerity cannot be faked with tone but should be approached with a natural sense of caring for the service you are providing someone.

Fourth is to stand by your appointments. When you set up an appointment with any of your health insurance leads, be sure to stick to it. Don’t keep them waiting; if you promise to send them an email tomorrow, make sure you can finish it today. Those are small items but they stand out in the mind of your prospect.

In summary, building credibility is hard but once you have it, you can be assured to have a customer for life and a future means of getting additional insurance leads through referrals.

Are you getting enough sales? If you aren’t too happy with the way your success ratio is turning out, sign up now and increase your sales for a change through the use of our high quality insurance leads.

Having good leads to run about your policies and flourish your insurance agency can be hard work – there’s no doubt about that – and it is some of these insurance leads that can actually determine the factor between success and the alternative, which isn’t where anybody really wants to be.

Now let’s talk a little about the ‘Hots and the Nots’ of the system. When it comes to finding medical insurance leads you have to bear in mind that not every one of them can give you a done deal. And that’s why you got to look for the hot leads – or better put, the insurance leads that you should focus on.

The problem with most insurance sales agents is that they tend to focus more on sure deals and disregard anything that doesn’t exactly fit their standards. Well, that could be a way to save time and money but what they don’t realize is that they’re throwing opportunity out the window without even realizing it – like popping open a soda bottle and throwing the lid without realizing that the cap they just threw had a winning promo inside it. Although, yes, time is a big factor in the system and using it efficiently means that you also need to do some cut backs to use your time efficiently, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t invest a little time knowing more about the leads you’re tossing out the window.

Since investing in tomorrow is a big factor, you need to study these leads carefully. Although time consuming as it may sound, but believe in the experts when they say that it’s the small deals that sometimes get you up there. By putting a little time in the smaller – less probable ones means that you’re bound to be referred as someone who looks after the small guys and in the end. Let’s face it, you’re here promising policies and looking like a money-shark isn’t going to get you far in the business.

In the end, the whole system – like most businesses – needs a stable plan and an educated idea of supply and demand. So why don’t you go online and find out which sites can give you hot insurance sales leads without having to compromise your credibility and time. Sign up now!

It goes without saying that the general population is one that would rather itself be secured in all aspects that surround their day-to-day life, from their health to their homes and the list goes on – in short, people want their life protected. Insurance sales agents are the first stepping stone in the process, they’re the guys who find different petitions on the type of insurances a certain individual wants through their leads – better known as an insurance leads – and offer their services, but let’s face it, when people want their life to be secured, it’s not always easy trusting the guy in the suit.

Now let’s just say you find someone who is looking for health insurance, and hypothetically that’s exactly the kind of insurance you offer, the issue now here is how do you assure them that you’re the right person for this? Being charming and pleasing may be helpful as a convincing strategy but when it comes down to it all, insurance shoppers simply need to know that you care.
Establishing a relationship with your client may be time consuming but in most cases this is exactly what they need. Be sure that the client knows that you’re concern and that the plan you are offering isn’t just a means for a quick buck. Also, explaining the benefits of what your company offers is a convincing given that you know why the insurance is so important to them. But never present yourself as someone who’s said these things time and time again, being genuine and compassionate as to why you’re the right person for them but don’t stray from the fact that they’re the ones benefiting from your services. Remember you’re their friend and not their agent.
Different plans always come with different sensitivity levels, remember this. While auto insurance leads need to know how efficient you seem; medical insurance leads on the other hand revolves around how much they can trust you, and remember that the policy you are offering is reflected on how well you present yourselves to them.
Health insurance leads comes in many forms so it’s wise to remember that you’re offering them a secured policy and not selling them a product.
Are you finding it more and more difficult to close your leads? Sign up now and make your days busy calling prospects who are on the peak of their insurance interests.

You’ll gain much in your insurance business when you take the time to look at the figures that your insurance marketing tactics is giving off. With something as simple as putting your company name on a pen, you can increase the awareness of your business and it’s likely you’ll increase your profits significantly. In related studies, it’s been found that almost ¾ of people given promotional products like cups and pens use these products once a week on the average. Also, 52% of the people given promotional products did business with that company after they received the giveaways.

As a whole, these figures spell a good fortune for your business and it’s not easy to forgo the use of this tactic to generate your own insurance leads. Even if a bigger percentage of people only use the products once a week, there’s no telling how many people will see them using the product. With your company name printed out in bold clear font together with your contact information, you’ll get the word out about your agency in no time. For example, you give people umbrellas before the rains kick in. People walking around with a nice umbrella with your logo and contact information on it will go places you wouldn’t even think of reaching on.

If there are people looking for insurance there, you’ll be the agent they call. It’s important that you print your company name on something useful. As amusing as cute little trinkets might be, they would just be left at home – gathering dust. Then you’ll only be advertising to the people in a person’s home. You can increase your potential to earn an income giving promotional items that are meant to be used in an office setting.

You just have to remember a few elements when deciding to give out giveaways, you need to give out something useful and you need to have your complete contact information on the items.

Still having a hard time closing your leads? Sign up today and get the chance to be connected with active insurance shoppers who are so much into their insurance needs.

For many agents, the regular pattern for them is when insurance leads don’t close on the second or the third try; it gets tossed in the trash. It’s not a secret that the reason why top producers are the top producers is that they don’t give up. And if you want to belong to the same league, you also have to include “persistent” to your moniker. Your leads are very precious, especially if you purchased them online. You’ve made an investment and you have to work a bit more to get a return on it.

It doesn’t matter if you’re getting shared leads or exclusive leads. The point is, don’t throw them away if they don’t pan out on the third try. At the back of your mind, you’re asking, if not on the third failed try, when do you throw your leads away then? Even every fact points to the direction of turning into a cold lead, you should never throw leads away. The only time you should ever do that is when they already tell you point blank not to call them or took you out of their email list.

There really aren’t a set number of the times you should attempt to close with a lead but many experts agree that six to eight times would be coming close to it. You can make three phone calls and send three marketing emails spread out equally in the first week. If you don’t have a sale at the end of that, you can send them a proposal through snail mail. Even if it sounds like a touch base overkill, you’ll actually be working at the same pace most insurance shoppers are. In this case, they’ll be taking a lot of time, making sure they get all the information before closing.

At the end of it all and you still don’t have a sale, you can still continue to market to your leads. This is where your autoresponder comes in. By sending two messages two times a month on the first half of the year, you’ll be keeping in touch nicely. Until your insurance sales leads reached the point that they need insurance, you’ll have succeeded in keeping your name in front of them.

Just like with life, there are ups and downs in the insurance world. It’s not every time you get a lead that it pans out into a close. While there are a handful that are ready to close in just a short time and while there are occasions when you get a lead who’s ready to sign an app at the end of your first call, there will be many that need more time, need more information and so on before actually signing. Some of those might even fall through the cracks and become dead leads.

The idea with leads is that you work at everyone, regardless of the status. If you have insurance leads that are ready to make the purchase, well and good. For those that are squeamish, you only have to nurture them to get them to close. Yes, it’s going to take a little bit more time but your time will be worth it. When leads turn cold, you don’t have to throw them away. When you nurture the relationship, you’ll be the first agent on a lead’s mind if it suddenly dawns on them that they need insurance today.

First off, you get your foot in the door when you establish contact with your leads as soon as you receive them. With their interest for getting coverage, they’ll be more receptive to your call and proposals. At this first call, you determine how ready they are to make a purchase. For those who are really interested and have a need for insurance, you can lead them to a close faster. The others, you might need to get in contact with them a few times more with information and proposal.

If they’re just not ready yet, you can pitch to them a relationship at no risk. You just have to educate them about insurance, show them the various plans and answer their questions. Leave your contact information to your life insurance leads in case they have questions. With your availability, you’re nurturing the relationship and turn this around into a sale in a future date. Find out more about high quality leads and how to handle it, sign up for the advice on this website right now.
